Known simply as "Escape" or "Esc", he has an excellent Substack called [*The price of freedom is eternal vigilance*](https://escapekey.substack.com/), in which he analyses digital control and the agendas driving us towards governmental centralisation such as the [global warming agenda](https://www.jermwarfare.com/tag/climate-change/) and social credit scores.

His work is quite sophisticated and takes a bit of time to dissect, which is why I invited him on to my show.

## Talking points

- Accurate simulations need too much material, making them impossible to do.
- Future predictions rely on little data, creating lots of uncertainty.
- Carbon credits and emissions are influenced by social factors and justice issues.
- Systems like three-party locks, social justice, and health emergencies can limit consumer choices and available goods.
- Economic and environmental complexities, plus technology, are key for understanding and planning.
