He recounts his path in medicine, emphasising how [good nutrition](https://www.jermwarfare.com/nina-teicholz-on-why-saturated-fats-are-good-for-you/) holds untapped potential often sidelined by profit-focused systems, especially evident in the wake of the Covid era where holistic methods gained traction, which is something I noticed.
