**Jason Christoff** is an independent filmmaker and researcher who focuses on self-sabotage and mind control. 

His documentary, [*Planet Mind Control*](https://www.planetmindcontrol.com/?ref=jermwarfare.com), shows how governments and the media work together to shape what people think and do. It explains the methods used to influence people, and suggests ways people can free themselves from such control.
