# The world is controlled by a criminal banking syndicate

Catherine Austin Fitts is an investment advisor and former Wall Street managing director at *Dillon, Read & Co*. She served as *Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development* and *Federal Housing Commissioner* during the first Bush administration.

After her time in government, she founded Hamilton Securities Group and later launched [*The Solari Report*](https://solari.com/?ref=jermwarfare.com), an advisory service focused on finance, economic trends, and personal risk.
