He is also colloquially known as the ‘godfather of hipsters’.
We started Vice as a punk zine, just a bunch of kids screwing around in Montreal, but it turned into this hipster empire. I don’t recognise it anymore.

The establishment likes to label him a ‘far-right provocateur’ and ‘Western chauvinist’, whatever that means.
Gavin calls himself a 'champion of Western values’ and the New York Times says he ‘reserves a burning fire for the political correctness of people on the left whom he describes as busybodies who have lost their sense of humour.’
All I know is that he enjoys trashing woke folk and feminists.
