Peter Duke on epistemological warfare and narrative control

Language and media are used to shape and control how we understand the world, without us knowing. Therefore, we must be vigilant.

Peter Duke is a researcher and commentator who digs into controversial subjects and alternative explanations.

Peter Duke is a Creative Director, Photographer, and Author that consults on a variety of media, technology, communications and creative projects. The New York Times gave him the moniker “The Annie Leibovitz of the Alt-Right.” Oh yeah, FUCK Linktr.ee

He spoke to me about epistemological warfare, which is the idea that language and media are used to shape and control how people understand the world. For example, he pointed to fear-driven messaging, including phrases like 'safe and effective' which, of course, is utter nonsense since no vaccine, ever, has been safe and effective, but people parrot it over and over again, thanks to epistemological warfare.

The discussion moved into sensitive territory such as 9/11 and directed energy weapons, with Peter suggesting that ideas like nuclear weapons may function more as tools of fear than as straightforward physical threats. In other words, nukes don't exist.

All news is made up, some of it is true.

He argues that building awareness and sharpening critical thinking are essential if people are to make sense of the information war.
