I’ve titled this page My starter pack because it is, quite simply, my starter pack. It reflects what I apply to my own life, and I’m sharing it here in the hope that you might find value in some of it.
This page is a work in progress because I'm going to add and remove stuff from it over time. None of this is perfect, but it's been valuable to me.
